I rarely leave reviews, but this one was a must. A+ customer service. I had called around to a few other places only to leave voicemails that were never returned. Sure, a lot of places will allow you to do the transaction online, but call me old school ... I wanted to talk to someone and ask questions. I called Tamlin and talked to David. He guided me through the process over the phone, assigned two storage units side-by-side in no time at all. He advised on best locks and took the time to go outside and send me a few pictures of the units which did not disappoint. Very clean! He also gave me his personal number to reach him if there are any issues. David definitely takes pride in his business and values the customer. Highly recommend.

Storage Unit was very clean. David the manager is a great guy and respectful. Renting the unit quick and easy.
